To view this Greenway and Favorite Hike Board just click to zoom and probably your browzer program ( mozilla or ie ) can easy zoom with holding down ctrl (control key) and hitting the '=+' key a few times to zoom up ...to shrink hit ctrl '-' key. [this has been your tech tip for the day, Brog]
Ted favorite hike text there about Rattlesnake....I like the comment about "...is storm or wind...go hide in the trees,,,,..then he scratches that out and just writes ..STAY HOME.."
ReplyDeleteAlso note the little trail log book he always carried for notes to help with map upgrades.
I can send you or post direct scans of these if you like..mostly for those interested in fuller Greenway history.
As usual if you have tech issues with any of these posts and pics just let me know. I assume most of you know how to zoom in to fully read the display boards...and yes I realize the muddy tree plant picture is fuzzy..sorry about that. ... in all these "Celebration Board" posts I just wanted to share the general look and feel of the Celebration event for those who could not attend in person.
Check back in a few weeks we will try to get more pics or links to them and prob some short video..even this blog has limits..so perhaps it will end up as a special dvd format.
